Typically this method is utilized when you want something resolved but it is not an urgent matter, but you happened to think about it and wanted to report it. Now as a Bales Technology managed client, you can put a ticket in without closing any applications and making sure it gets to the right person with minimal interruption to your workflow. Follow the steps below to enter a ticket with our Support group from your managed desktop.
You will see a small Bales Technology logo running in the bottom right of your notification area. Right click this white logo icon, and click ABOUT. From there you can click the Support website and fill out the information regarding your support request.
