We know how busy things can get and you may not have time to fill out a form stating your problem. This is why we have implemented an Email to Ticket option for our clients. All you have to do to submit a ticket to our Support group is simply send an email to email@example.com stating your issue. This will notify our staff as well as send you follow up emails letting you know the status of your ticket.
